I know some people think integrity isn’t worth it. After all, “Na integrity we go chop?” But this year, I’ve done significant business, because people trust that I won’t steal from or cheat them. I am trading on integrity. It’s worth a lot, if you would only be patient.

In a business environment like Nigeria’s, you would be amazed how many want to do business with people who have a reputation for credibility.

It helps if you are content in life; if your life ambition isn’t to buy the next car, drink champagne or travel abroad. Sometimes, the downfall of integrity is “Ojukokoro”. When you are content, you have no business eyeing money that you did not earn.
