Waking Thoughts 13: Relationship & Ideology

1. Here’s how you’ll know you are in a relationship with someone who is not in a relationship with you. (You may also use this formula for friendships): Significant events happen in their lives – a new job, a major purchase like a car or house, their parents falling ill etc. and you never know before or during said events. You always find out after. Please read the handwriting on the wall. You are irrelevant to their decision making process and your opinion or support does not matter. Either that or you are indiscreet and they’ve learnt to keep things from you.

2. The reason I refrain from Men vs. Women arguments is many of us have been pre-programmed by culture, religion, family and the media. You can’t change ideological wiring by fighting and abusing people on social media. You can only do so by deliberate non-threatening reorientation via dialogue & media or by swift justice & consequence for bad behaviour. Work the Law, have honest conversations and produce media.
